Spray PVC – Sutton in Ashfield.

We receive many calls asking if we can spray PVC? The answer is yes we can. Other questions we get asked are

  1. How long will it last? 10 years
  2. Will it crack or flake off? No
  3.  Does it stick to silicone? No (but we have a solution for that)
  4.  Is it expensive? No.

This project was carried out in Sutton in Ashfield, the customer had received some quotes for new windows & then discovered you could have your existing windows sprayed. As we say to our customers you don’t have to change a window to change the colour if the window or door is fine, why replace it when its simply to add colour, save your self some cash and have them sprayed.

To spray PVC you have to follow rigorous preparation in order for the specialist coating to chemically bind its self to the plastic. Here is a picture of how clean the windows must be in order for the paint to infuse with the plastic. Spray PVC

A Deep chemical clean is required in order to remove ingrained dirt. An Anti Static Spray is then applied & wiped off, this stops bits from sticking to the fresh coating.
