The correct system underneath
Oak, MDF, melamine, acrylic and previously coated surfaces behave differently. We choose the preparation and primer around the substrate—not the other way round.
Workshop conditions where they matter
Removable parts are prepared and finished away from household dust and changing onsite conditions, with controlled drying and baking where specified.
Problems dealt with before colour
Loose vinyl, water-damaged MDF and failing previous coatings cannot simply be buried. We explain the remedial route before work begins.

A door count is useful, but it is not a complete quotation. Two kitchens with the same number of doors can require very different levels of preparation and onsite work.

Most complete transformations take around five to seven working days, subject to size, condition and repairs. Your written quote will set out the proposed programme.
Are the doors sprayed at my house?
No. Doors, drawers and other removable components are labelled and taken to our Derby workshop for preparation, spraying and controlled drying. Agreed fixed cabinetry is masked and sprayed onsite in Leicester.
Can a vinyl-wrapped kitchen be sprayed?
Sometimes. Sound vinyl can be assessed, but loose or failing vinyl should not be coated over. Where suitable, we remove the failing wrap, repair the underlying MDF and specify the correct system.
Will spraying hide the grain on oak doors?
Standard spraying changes the colour but does not automatically remove natural grain. Grain filling is a separate preparation option and should be specified before quotation.
Can you match popular kitchen colours?
Yes. We can work to RAL, British Standard and colour references from popular designer palettes. Samples and lighting should be considered before the final colour is approved.
What guarantee is available?
Up to a 10-year written guarantee is available on qualifying coating systems. Eligibility depends on substrate, condition, preparation route and project scope, and the applicable terms are set out in writing.
How soon can I use the kitchen?
The kitchen can return to normal use after refitting, but the coating continues to cure. Treat newly finished surfaces carefully and avoid harsh chemicals, steam and heavy impact during the first 21 days.
