Choose the skills you need at home
Match the programme to your surfaces, experience and business goals
International attendance starts with the same practical question as local training: what do you need to spray, and what do you need to understand to deliver it professionally?
Tell us whether you are starting out, adding a service or improving an existing team. We can discuss the right course depth for your experience, including preparation, coating selection, application, defects, workflow and commercial decisions.
See the current spray painting course options for the weekend, five-day and extended programmes. Dates, content and suitability are confirmed before you book travel.

Products, equipment and working conditions
Bring your own market into the training conversation
The coating systems and equipment readily available in one country may differ from those you can obtain at home. Tell us what your business uses or can source so those differences can be considered when choosing your programme.
Training covers how to think through substrate condition, coating compatibility, preparation, application and curing. Those decisions still need to follow the manufacturer’s information for the actual products and working environment used on the job.
Bring the relevant product names or technical information to the discussion, along with the services you want to offer. The aim is to leave with a practical direction for your own work rather than a shopping list that does not suit your location.
Put the course to work after the journey home
Discuss technical guidance and business mentoring before you leave
A course introduces the skills and decisions. Applying them to a customer job brings new questions about substrate condition, scope, price and delivery. Post-course support can be agreed around those needs.
Spray Masters offers technical guidance, commercial development and longer-term mentoring options. Practical assistance on a live project can also be discussed, subject to location, suitability and the support agreed.
If you are building or reshaping a spraying company, the twelve-month business mentoring programme covers operational direction, pricing, website support and lead handling alongside technical development.
International business and staff training enquiries
Bring a team to Derby or discuss support at your own operation
Existing businesses may need a programme built around several staff members, a change in service or a recurring production problem. Tell us the team size, experience and objectives so we can discuss suitable practical training.
For company support at your own premises, send the country, site details, equipment, products and proposed scope. We will confirm whether an operational review, staff training or project visit can be arranged and include travel and follow-up in the proposal.
Our spray business consultancy and staff training service explains the practical areas we can work on, including process standards, production bottlenecks, rework, job costing and mentoring.
